To choose a trader, you must know the trader style and also knows your capital. The trader needs to be able to follow your trading style, Short or Long. Choose a trader who is not managing big accounts and also someone who is a full-time trader. There are many part-time traders in the market, Also choose a trader who do not trade for himself, I am a trader myself and i know alots about traders.
